Hi I'm Keran Hart!

I began baking at a young age alongside my mum.

In 2012 my passion for making macarons began after completing a high tea event for a Food Technology assignment in year 12. I continued to make macarons for family and friends, working on expanding my flavour options and technique. 

Then in 2019 I had my beautiful daughter, and whilst on maternity leave I decided to have a go at baking sugar cookies with a fondant finish. Since then I have tried countless recipes, and developed my own cookie recipe that I am very proud of. I have grown in my use of moulds and refining my skill, for a vey clean finish on each cookie. 

I love to feel challenged and strive to create unique looks with each creation. I would be honoured to create cookies for your special event, or even as a gift to a friend or loved one.
